We welcome all for our annual spring gathering, at The Garden. March 28th - April 6th 2025.
Sowing seeds of growth for this earth and humans alike.
Bring an open heart, open mind and attitude of collaboration to build a stronger community.
Anyone is invited to host a workshop, please reach out with information as we are still organizing the daily events. We would like to host daily activities to help nurture the land, and the humans gathering, to help support a healthy eco system for all.
There will be activities like natural building with cob, tree identification, plant walks, planting seeds, preparing garden beds, herb collecting, tea time, coffee time, councils, live music, talent show, fires, open mic, pizza night, screen printing (bring clothes or fabrics), weeding, mulching, composting, foraging, communal meals, non violent communication circles, arts and crafts, and so much more!
This is a family friendly FREE event with space to camp while you gather. Bring what you need to comfortably slumber while here as we have limited enclosed spaces for sleeping.
We will share in collective meals in our community kitchen, please feel free to bring healthy food/ingredients to share with the group.
Dogs are allowed but must be kept on leash at all times.
If you feel the call to help facilitate the event , you are invited to come early and help with firewood collection, shared space cleanup, and anything else needed to help create a healthy gathering space.
Please look at our community standards, for these guidelines are also in place during gatherings.
If you go against these standards you will be asked to leave as we are cultivating a space of safety for all people.

Lakeland: Grow
Come one come all to the first annual Lakeland Spring Gathering. April 7th - 14th 2025.
This event is being hosted at the land owned by the Peoples Project in Celina Tennessee.
In an effort to make things easier for all this event will be immediately following the Gardens spring gathering, as the locations are within an hour of each other.
This is a free camping event with the intention of helping to create infrastructure and grow food at this newly acquired property.
This is a family friendly event with space to tent camp , please bring all that you require to sleep peacefully as there is currently limited space indoors.
A new community kitchen it in the works still so primitive cooking is still being done here,were hoping after this event to have the outdoor kitchen up and running.
This is a casual gathering where dogs can roam the property (we ask dogs not used to this freedom be kept on leashes)
The property is within walking distance to a local lake and federal land which we are free to explore (and leave no trace).
With limited resources this is a pack in and pack out event, please take all trash with you and bring food to share with the group as we commune in the woods.
Cell service is very limited for most here, so please plan accordingly.
We look forward to growing together as a collective and will provide more details once the date is closer - including GPS coordinates of the property and instructions on getting here.
Let's grow together and create magic.
* there are free roaming chickens and goats on the property- please plan accordingly with your own dogs to create a peaceful exchange for all.

Igniting Emberfield
Emberfield is hosting a free Spring gathering May 1st - 7th 2025 to ignite the growing season with sparks of mutual-aid to burn into flames of community capacity. 🔥🌱🌳🍑
Expect camping, community meals, campfires, tree maintenance, building-prep, and probably a list of other activities + projects to help get Emberfield rolling for the season. Feel free to bring food and music to share.
Please note this is the third gathering of a series of Spring Gatherings at off-grid intentional community land projects associated with The People’s Project 501c3 (https://www.peoplesprojectearth.org/). It is highly suggested you go to the gathering at The Garden in Lafayette, TN first if you are not yet familiar with anybody personally. From there you can join a caravan to the other gatherings:
