For People & Planet
The People's Project Focuses on Two Primary Missions
1. Free Land Communities
In which we acquire lands as a nonprofit collective and hold them in a Land Trust for people who uphold the values of Earth Stewardship, Autonomy, Equality, and Peaceful Cooperation, as determined by the consensus of the people living on the land, to gather upon and live in community, for free.
2. Permaculture Mutual Aid Network
In which we connect communities, land stewards, and working groups with similar goals and values to facilitate permaculture practices, resource sharing, various forms of relief and assistance in the form of mutual aid, and holding safe space.
The People's Project is a registered nonprofit 501(c)(3).

We envision a vast network - an entire society, if you will - of Free Land Communities with diverse guidelines and standards that facilitate a transition into an Earth-friendly communities lifestyle. People sharing the earth and taking care of each other.
The 2 Dollar Revolution is a people powered movement that emphasizes our capabilities of abundance when we work together. The more people participating, the more power to the people.
Join by contributing 2 dollars every month, week, or day! Your money will go into a fund that will be used to purchase plots of land across the U.S. to be held in a shared land trust.

I absolutely love the work the People's Project does and all they stand for! I have seen them help build communities and stand up for the rights of deserving people. They sent seeds to the Cheyenne River Reservation and helped to start building a self sustaining community there, built a community table and herb garden for a community in Indiana and much more! Awesome organization!
